My 1st Day at Nairobi; Saturday; March 6,2010

It is March 5th; 10:05pm when my plane took off from Cairo Airport, it is 4 hours to get to Nairobi, My friend Amr joined me, he will attend ICANN meeting too... the plane was filled with passengers, and amazingly, most of them were going to attend ICANN :D
i didn't imagine that the Networking will start that fast ;) ...

Well, we got to Nairobi Airport around 2:00am it was March 6,2010 ... we got through the process, and finally we got a Taxi to the Hotel; LAICO hotel; we checked in .. it is the time now to have some rest ... specially when we didn't have something that important to do on Saturday ...

my night started around 6:30am! imagine; i woke up at 8:00am!! .. i just got my shower; the weather in Nairobi is very wet, tried to call Amr but no answer; i'm the only abnormal man who slept for only around 2 hours after such a long journey; i went to get my breakfast to meet my friend Moataz; he came from Egypt on the next plane, we had the time to speak till Amr's awaking ...

the three of us decided to discover the area around the hotel, to have something to eat, and star the real Nairobi experience.

yeah, it was a very long day; i would say two long consecutive days, waiting for our ICANN experience starting the next day ;)
